Dank des Pico del Teide bietet Teneriffa viele anspruchsvolle Fahrradtouren. Auf dem höchsten Berg Spaniens mit 3.718m sind die Routen herausfordernd. In Küstennähe stehen jedoch auch einfachere Routen zur Verfügung, sodass die Trainingsintensität individuell angepasst werden kann.

Auf dem Gelände des T3 befindet sich das Free Motion Bike Center, welches Fahrräder mit sämtlichem Zubehör zum Verleih und Kauf anbietet.
